Global Reach and Achievements
- HMIL has shipped vehicles to over 150 nations and now exports to more than 60 countries.
- More than 1 million vehicles have been sent to Africa.
- In CY 2024, top export markets included Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Mexico, Chile, and Peru.
- The Hyundai i10 family reached 1.5 million exports, while the VERNA family crossed 500,000 exports.
CY 2024 Export Performance
In CY 2024, Hyundai India exported 1,58,686 vehicles. This reinforces its commitment to the global automotive market. The company’s expansion into international markets has boosted India’s reputation as a key automobile manufacturing hub.

Expanding Horizons
- In 2024, HMIL started exporting the Hyundai EXTER to South Africa. It became the eighth Made in India model in that market.
- Hyundai models like CRETA, ALCAZAR, VERNA, EXTER, and i10 are gaining popularity overseas.
